The main goal is to achieve a healthy posture, not just train the muscles to correct themselves is ideal, emotional factors (stress, depression, etc.), along with our habits of movement, may contribute heavily to a posture that leads in turn to different diseases, such as a sore chronic back, scoliosis, ketosis.

People may be amazed how posture can be changed from the way you close you mouth, the fatigue or malfunction of the eyes and again the vestibular functions.

To improve, your posture must therefore be considered both in its physical appearance and in the way of expression that make us sit, stand and move in a certain way.

Targeted exercises can improve the state of psychological well-being, which aim to optimize control.

Finding a good posture helps both to prevent disease .

We have different methodologies, of stretching and correction(meziere...) to bring back the harmony for every individual body.
